Accountant (Johor)
Responsibilities :
* Monthly accounting process, quarterly and yearend financial disclosures / consolidation.
* Daily operational issues with HDA accounts and banks.
* Timely and accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis.
* Accurate and updated audit schedules.
* Overseeing tax and other regulatory compliance records.
* Preparation of annual budget and budget tracking.
* Timely and accurate cash flow forecasting.
* Improving business process and systems.
* Corporate Finance.
* General and Construction Management.
Requirements :
* Based in Gelang Patah, Kota Iskandar, Johor and willing to travel.
* Qualified accountant with Recognized Institution / University.
* PC literate with good interpersonal and communications skills.
