HR & Admin Officer

(Hongkong)

Job Duties:

  • General office duties and team administrative work , including meeting minutes taking, document filing and POS database operation
  • Clerical support to the sales team.
  • Other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above.
  • At least 5 years working experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well organized.
  • Good Telephone Manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate availablilty is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
