Operations Executive ( Subang / Klang )
Responsibilities :

- To liaise and work closely with the vendor for on time delivery.
- Prepare/revise customer delivery schedule and raise work order to production.
- Responsible for production planning and scheduling.
- To monitor daily production output and ensure production run accordingly to the planning schedule.
- Perform daily operation activities such as order processing, shipment/export documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarder/shipping Company on vessel/truck booking and custom clearance.
- Monitor delivery schedule and coordinate with warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.
- General filing for vendor PO, delivery schedule, quotation, work order & etc.
- Verify inventory movement and conduct monthly stock take with 3rd party logistics provider.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Logistics Management, SPM or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in the supervisory level in a logistics / warehouse company.
- Good leadership skill and can meet tight deadlines.
- Computer literate and has good communication skills.
