INSURANCE SERVICES OFFICER
Responsibilities:
* Attending to phone and email enquires
* Attending to walk in customers and handling transactions of motor and other general insurance products
* Administer quotations and take ownership of healthy renewals and growth of new business for motor insurance
Pre-requisites:
* Minimum of BCP & PGI Certification or possess CGI qualification
* 4 ‘O’ Levels
* 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
* Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Patient and cheerful disposition
* Able to start work with short notice
* Applicants should be Singaporeans / PR
