Our client, a leading global supplier of higher performance interconnecting materials and related services for the electronic and micro-component assembly markets., is now seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of:
IT Operations Manager (GreatPlains/AS400)
Acting as the IT Operations Manager, you will lead analysts in the upgrading of the system platform to a new ERP package version. You must be techno-functional and able to understand operations, system and programming language in the completion of the entire implementation cycle. You will then ensure the smooth operations of new system and serve as a remote support for the regional network.
To be a qualified candidate, you must have at least 5 years of IT managerial experience, and must hold at least a Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or any related discipline. You must have technical knowledge and working experience in upgrading, setting up and implementation of ERP systems (MS GreatPlains). You must also be a highly independent, assertive, diplomatic natural leader who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
