CRM Supervisor
Qualification:
- Male / Female, age over 28 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related fields.
- Background or experience in Marketing, Event Marketing, and CRM area.
- Understand basic media production process (printing, TV, website) and event/ activity organization.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deadline driven, well organized, self-motivation, flexibility, and creativity.
- High degree of interaction and coordination across multiple departments, as well as working with agency/organizer to carry the loyalty campaign to TrueVisions members
- Hard-working with minimal supervision, and able to supervise team.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal both Thai and English
- Possess computer literacy
- Accept hire concept of yearly freelance condition with full working time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Customer Loyalty and Relationship planning strategy and initiation through the effective activities and privileges program under “TrueVisions Club Brand” in order to achieve customers’ long term bonding with TrueVisions and highest satisfaction.
- Ensuring marketing programs and activities are measured to improve customer loyalty and relationship effective.
- This position will report to CRM manager and supervise small team to handle all the activities and privileges projects successfully and support CRM goals.Execute as a project supervisor by co-ordinating with partners and organizers, running through all event functions and details, and designing communication plan to TrueVisions members to ensure projects are carried through to completion.
