Customer Service Supervisor (CSS AE)
(Banten – BSD, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
* Ensure that each customer and/or students is acknowledged and greeted at the earliest opportunity.
* Assist customer and/or student throughout the entire visit to the Center.
* Personally provide the initial assessment service for customer.
* Provide first class customer service at all times.
* Identify and evaluate customer’s needs, carry out and follow up action of those needs.
* Handle complaint and solve problem in a professional manner.
Center Operation
* Ensure that each operation component works properly and sufficiently (human resources, equipments and tools).
* Perform human resources duties.
* Monitor and control all staff’s duties, attendance, manner and appearance.
* Keep record and take action on no show and/or absent students.
* Arrange and monitor formal event, informal event and social event held in the Center.
* Conduct inventory and stocktaking of student’s learning materials (books, cassettes and compact discs) by the end of the month.
Administration
* Check student’s attendance record and progress report from Administration Staff and Supervisor.
* Keep record of the flow of incoming and outgoing materials
* Assist Receptionist/ Administration Staff to enter all customer data and maintain records on the Customer Tracking System.
General
* Answer the telephone and assist Front Desk staff, if needed.
* Take and distribute message from the caller to the respective party.
* Take full responsibility on any other duties as required by President Director and Center Manager.
Requirements:
* Min S1 degree from a reputable university.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level, preferably in hospitality industry.
* Customer and service oriented.
* Able to work long hours and Saturdays.
* Strong leadership, teamwork and organization skills.
* Excellent negotiation, analitical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Professional attitude.
* Sociable, flexible and reliable.
* Discipline, meticulous, courteous and a quick learner.
