Office Administrator
Job Description:-
- Responsible for all office administration issues , visa paper
- Support and assist internal team
- Handle call management
- Welcome visitors and perform various duties as assigned
- Coordinate with Customers.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Excellent written English and speaking ( TOEIC sore 550 up
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office, Internet
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Fast learner, service-minded, energetic and enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time
- Can work on Monday – Saturday
- Hard working, flexible, outgoing personality
- Customer service oriented
- High responsibility, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure with deadlines
- Good presentation and communication skills, Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time
Able to start working in Nov 2009
