Production Assistant Manager
Job Location : Selangor, Shah Alam
Job Responsibilities :
- To oversee the overall company operation and to ensure it meets the statutory and local government requirements.
- To be responsible of the smooth running of the company’s operation to achieve the production volume, the quality target, and the company objective on the overall company performance.
- To ensure that the quality system for the company is establish, to implement effectively, and to maintain in accordance to the ISO requirements.
- To liaise with external parties, such as consultant, auditors and clients in matters relating to company’s quality system, and any other statutory requirements.
- To monitor and prepare for the company budget every half year.
- To motivate, to coach, and to provide counseling and guidance to the management teams.
- Production schedule and man power arrangement
- To be responsible of day-to-day operations.
- To plan and approve the yearly employee’s training.
Production Assistant Manager Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in in Food Science or any equivalent.
- With at least 5 years in manufacturing industries Company especially production line are compulsory requirements
- Candidate must be able to read and write in English, Malay and Chinese.
- Able to work on rotating shift
- Accommodation is provided for outstation candidates
