Our Middle East Client is currently looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in leadership, strategy or personal development.
Salary is AED 15000 to 20000 pcm + commission depending on experience.
We are looking for candidates of Arab background or US, Canadian or European Citizens.
You will be required to:
To develop annual revenue and profit targets by closing multiple sales contracts and managing the account of key clients.
The candidate should also have:
Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, as this will be an essential requirement
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a vibrant and enthusiastic and cheerful personality who can work well with other team members
- Exceptional communication skills including listening, analyzing, negotiating as well as preparation and delivery of presentation and written proposals
- Considerable market knowledge with the capability of establishing and maintaining corporate relationships with high profile clients from the Corporate, Government and Semi-Government sectors in the region
- Good organizational and Leadership skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
- Good time management skills with the capability of designing an organized system of consistent follow up with existent clients to be aware of market needs
Job Activities:
Opportunity research, identification and qualification of prospective clients
- The ability to establish client relationships and arrange appointments through various means including calls, email contacts, targeted marketing campaigns, etc
- Opportunity qualification and needs assessment
- Developing Solution proposals and contracts
- Presenting solutions to clients
- Opportunity follow up and closing
- Resolving and follow up the client service issues
- Handling the billing/invoicing/collection relations with the client
- Continuous client relationship building
