CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
PURPOSE:
Identify development needs for every distribution channel, design tools / methods / ways of delivery for a training program and compose a curriculum for development for every sales force including tiering, timeline of development, and measurement.
JOB DUTIES:
- Get involved in every distribution channel to identify training needs to provide sales force with related skills and knowledge
- Identify the psychological aspects of every learner’s development and how it can be developed accordingly
- Design the methods and tools to accommodate the development needs of learners
- Create the training curriculum as the blue print for every stage of development (basic, intermediate, advanced)
- Set up the standard of measurement to identify every stage of development
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Jobs QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 years experience Training & Development, preferable in insurance industry
- Good in presentation skill and curriculum design
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
