Our Client, a MNC company involved in food manufacturing, is looking for dynamic individuals with drive and enthusiasm to take up a challenging career position as Quality Assurance Supervisor
(Section 16, Shah Alam)
Responsibilities :
* Responsible for physiochemical / microbiological analysis for Raw Material, Packaging Material, semi-finished product, and finished goods according to sampling plan or schedule
* Monitor the effectiveness of CIP system.
* Responsible for Environmental Hygiene Monitoring, ensure that verification and validation activities are carried out according to plan.
* Monitoring cooking and packing process
* Troubleshooting of process failure and quality improvement.
* Provide support with regards to technical issues.
* Carry out validation studies of new in line process.
* Record keeping and production traceability.
* Assist on documentation and data control.
Requirements :
* Diploma / Degree in Science major in related subjects such as Chemistry, Microbiology,
* Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry or Food Technology.
* Preferably with minimum one year working experience in related industries and similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office application ie Words, Excel, Power Point.
* Preferably have exposure to GMP, HACCP & ISO standards.
>>Salary Range : RM1,600-1,800.00 (Negotiable, depending on working experience & qualification)
