ANALYST / SENIOR ANALYST
The incumbent should be a matured and self motivated individual who will provide comprehensive project support to consultants. He / she should possess keen interest in compensation and benefits, as well as, performance appraisal measurement and management systems.
Primary Responsibilities
* Research best practices and suggest effective approaches to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions
* Manage data collection, field research and statistical modeling on a range of consulting projects in salary structure development, incentive plans development, total rewards plans
* Conduct remuneration surveys, analyse results and provide recommendations to clients regarding policy and plan revisions
* Provide key technical support to consultants in ensuring timeous project deliverables
Job Requirements
* Highly numerate and confident in managing complex statistical and mathematical analysis
* Degree qualified in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Accountancy, Finance or Econometrics only.
* Have a desire to undertake both quantitative and qualitative work
* Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to perform under highly demanding environment
* Expert Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
