Billing Officer, Hong Kong

A fantastic opportunity to work as a Billing Officer for a Global Telecommunications company has been made available.

To be successful in this role you will have a solid background in supporting Telco billing systems & have a good understanding of billing, rating and mediation business processes. This role would suit a technically minded individual coupled with a finance background.

You will report directly to the Billing Manager and will work closely with Billing Officers across Asia Pacific offices.

Duties will include:

*Processing monthly invoices
*Resolving technical and billing queries;
*Liaising with Engineers in regards to internal issues and outages;
*Working with Accounts Receivable team to resolve billing queries and assist in DSO reduction;
*Responding to customer queries;
*Trouble shooting and problem solving;
*Managing third party mailing house for efficient bill distribution; and
*Working to deadlines as part of an APAC team.

Requirement:

*University graduate
*At least 2 years customer service experience, experience in Telco billing preferable
*Experience in multinational company is an advantage
*Excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
*Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
*Highly responsible, independent and adaptable to change
*Good analytical and problem solving skills
*Interview will be conducted in English
