Job Description:
Reporting to the Department Head & Team Leader, responsibilities include:
* Conduct tele-marketing calls to sell Bank’s products & services
* Handle customers’ daily transactions e.g. Time Deposit Placements, Execution of Foreign Exchange, Loan Transactions etc
* Address customers’ queries regarding business transactions
* Conduct joint marketing visits with Relationship/Accounts Officers
* Maintain good relationship with customers
* Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Degree
* 1 to 3 yrs relevant experience/finance background
* Candidate must be conversant in both English (TOEIC above 850 for native) & Japanese language (JLPT1 for non-native)
* Fresh graduates conversant in Japanese Language with intern/temporary experience with financial instituion & finance background are welcome to apply
